1. Why team with First Impressions Staged Homes?
Staging is the #1 marketing tool you can utilize before placing a property on the market. Marketing a property is no different from marketing any other product. All products must be packaged to emphasize their best features. Properties must be packaged to emphasize curb appeal, living space, traffic flow, and the overall ambience. Staging accomplishes this by creating a property that is more appealing to the majority of buyers. |

5. Can working with a professional stager help me become a top producer?
Absolutely. In the Atlanta area real estate market where few agents recognize the benefits of home staging, agents who make staging part of their listing package have a competitive advantage over agents who rarely or never offer staging to their clients. Agents who routinely offer home staging are perceived by their clients as being savvy and knowledgeable about what it takes to sell their property and in the least amount of time. Satisfied sellers will be your best advocate for your reputation. |

6. Why will my clients listen to a stager if they won’t listen to me?
Clients typically see a professional as wearing only one hat. They are also more likely to heed the advice of experts in their respective fields. 7. When should my listings be staged?
Staging should take place before placing the property on the MLS. Once staging is completed, photos should be taken and posted online and in your flyers. The majority of buyers do preliminary shopping by viewing the online photos and then select the listings they want to see. Since staged properties look the best in the online photos, those are the properties that have the most showings. |

8. Why should I use a stager when I have always staged my own listings?
Staging involves far more than de-cluttering and depersonalizing a home. An agent’s time is valuable and few are willing to spend the time necessary to do a complete job. Professional stagers are trained to make recommendations regarding every aspect of preparing the home for sale. Moving can be a very emotional time for sellers. Professional stagers are trained to deal with sensitive issues and to find realistic solutions to difficult situations. Homeowners look to professional stagers as experts in their field and are more comfortable speaking to an expert regarding their issues or concerns. |

10. What do you charge to stage a home?
When it comes to staging a property, there is no such thing as one price fits all. The cost depends on the amount of time it takes to stage the property and is based on the size of the property, the amount of work to be done, and what needs top be brought in. As an example, the cost to stage a 6 room house that needs a lot of staging will be more than a 10 room house that needs very little. It never costs you anything to find out the possibilities. Our bids are free and no obligation. |
